Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, care products sold on this website cannot be returned, in accordance with Article 184 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.


Damage and problems

Your package is delivered against signature. If the package has visible damage before opening, take a photo, refuse it or return it to a post office within 8 days, make a damage report and contact us so we can find a solution (refund or new delivery).

If there is no visible damage on the package, please inspect your order upon receipt.

If an item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us at info@cyalpina.ch so that we can assess the problem and find a solution.

Please note that returns accepted in these two cases must be sent to the following address: Bloom Operations center Ecoparc de Daval A3 3960 Sierre.

We will send you a return shipping label.

Articles returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds

In the event of a damaged item or delivery of the wrong item, we will inform you as soon as we receive your return. We will proceed with a new shipment at no cost or a refund, as you wish. In the event of a refund, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
