Shipping Policy – Rosa Alpina

Processing times Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. No shipments are made on weekends or Swiss public holidays.

Delivery in Switzerland We deliver throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of payment based on weight.

International delivery We do not currently offer international delivery. We will notify you as soon as it is implemented.

Order tracking A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Order not received If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us at info@cyalpina.ch, mentioning your order number. We will make the necessary arrangements to investigate with the carrier.
