TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 

The following general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to all services provided by CY ALPINA Sàrl for its Rosa Alpina brand. By placing an order on the CY ALPINA Sàrl website: www.rosaalpina.ch, the Customer accepts the conditions without restriction and in their entirety.

CONCLUSION OF THE SALE CONTRACT

When ordering via www.rosaalpina.ch, the order comprises five phases. The Customer:

  • chooses the desired merchandise
  • mentions its contact information and delivery address
  • defines the payment method
  • validates his order.
  • makes the payment.
An email will confirm receipt of the order. The Customer attests to having transmitted accurate information and is responsible to CY ALPINA Sàrl for any damages related to incorrect information. In accordance with Article 184 ss CO, the sales contract is firm and effective when the Customer has placed his order.

The images, descriptions, and product properties displayed on www.rosaalpina.ch are indicative and not contractual.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF). These prices are only valid in Switzerland. An order via www.rosaalpina.ch is only valid if the advance payment has been made and accepted by the financial operators using: • Mastercard • Visa.
DELIVERY

The Swiss Post is the operator chosen by CY ALPINA Sàrl for its shipments. At this stage of its development, the products of CY ALPINA Sàrl are only shipped within Switzerland. The return policy is defined in the section: "Return Policy".

The entire content of www.rosaalpina.ch (photos, images, text, videos, and sounds, etc.) is strictly and entirely the property of CY ALPINA Sàrl and protected by copyright. The use of this data is only permitted with the express consent of CY ALPINA Sàrl. The brands CY ALPINA and ROSA ALPINA are protected and cannot be used without prior written consent.

Changes to the GTCs

CY ALPINA Sàrl may unilaterally modify these general terms and conditions of sale. Changes are communicated on the website www.rosaalpina.ch and are effective from the moment they are posted online. Swiss law alone applies to these general terms and conditions of sale and to any disputes arising from or related to the relationship between CY ALPINA Sàrl and the Customer. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes between CY ALPINA Sàrl and the Customer is located in 1965 Savièse. The applicable law is the Swiss Code of Obligations.
